What we collect
Only information necessary to deliver commute updates: operator business details, driver first names and screening records, children's first names and school details, parent contact details, commute update timestamps.
What we do not collect
Children's location data. We record the driver's phone location when shared during an active commute — not the child's location.
How we use your information
To deliver automated commute updates, manage screening records, generate invoices, and operate the Trackid platform. We do not use personal information for advertising profiling or sell it to third parties.
Children's data
Collected with parent or guardian consent via the operator onboarding process. Used only to associate a child with their commute updates. Never shared beyond what is necessary.
Data retention
Operator, driver, parent, and children data retained for subscription duration plus 12 months.

Cookies
Session cookies for authentication only. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Third-party services
Supabase, Vercel, Resend, PayFast, Wati. Each operates under their own privacy policies.
