Trackid Advertising Policy
Effective date: 1 September 2026
Who may advertise
Trackid accepts advertisements from businesses offering family-friendly products and services relevant to parents, transport operators, and schools.
Accepted categories
School supplies and stationery, educational services and tutoring, family insurance products, vehicle maintenance and transport services, financial services for small transport businesses, school uniforms and children's clothing, family health and wellness products, community and family-oriented services.
Prohibited categories
Alcohol and tobacco, adult content of any kind, gambling and betting, political advertising, discriminatory content, weapons, cryptocurrency and speculative investments, multi-level marketing schemes, any content not suitable for a general family audience.
Review process
All advertisements are reviewed before going live. Trackid reserves the right to reject any advertisement at its sole discretion. Approval typically takes 2–3 business days for new applications and 24 hours for new creatives on renewals.
Content standards
All creative must be in South African English or Afrikaans. No misleading claims. No comparative advertising against named competitors. Children may only appear in a wholesome, family-appropriate context.
Payment
Advertising fees are payable monthly in advance. Non-payment results in automatic suspension. No refunds for partially used months.
Liability
Trackid is not responsible for the accuracy of advertiser claims. Advertisers indemnify Trackid against any claims arising from their content.
